For over 10 years, Allison has been a facilitator for the international Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), leading two San Francisco Bay Area and one National Platinum peer advisory group of women presidents and CEOs of multimillion-dollar companies and was honored with the WPO 2021 President’s Award for Facilitating Greatness.

The Women Presidents Organization (WPO) is a dynamic and diverse collective of women business leaders around the world who share insight in groups facilitated to drive game-changing experiences—where you can validate everything that’s gotten you this far and cultivate new strategies that’ll take you even further.

The WPO roundtable facilitation process is designed to spark insights and drive solutions. As a skilled and professionally-trained Chapter Chair, Allison guides meetings and delivers compelling programming. She fosters trusting, confidential environments in which women can explore options, weigh alternatives, and gather perspectives. Peers learn from each other’s experiences and in turn, deepen their own capacity to lead.
